@DoorDash_Help What about myself and all the other Dashers that have not received the pay for their shift during this outage missing pay for so many people and the money for myself included was extremely important for me to make tonight which is why I sign up to do this job

@DoorDash_Help I waited 45 min on hold for customer service to answer while at a grocery store because the red card wouldn't work. NOBODY answered me to help. Customer called Door Dash, agents said they were speaking with the stores manager. I spoke to the manager, nobody from DD ever called

@DoorDash_Help I MUST come back here & report after our trouble w/a promo on Friday & Saturday evening & NOT being able to get hold of DD by phone during the 'outage' on Saturday. When I called on Sunday, the very kind young lady took care of me immediately & apologized for the trouble.
