How does an Emergency Unit of a hospital say they have closed ? Yes this is happening because the staff are tired because they are understaffed.Physicians are not the only ones who run hospitals. Scans, X-Rays, Lab tests will be done by Sonographers, Radiographers & Medical Lab.
