So at 20 mins in I had completed the agent, attached it to an Experience site, and get a schedule and other info about the resort. Very kewl!

A deep hands on from soup to nuts - setting up Data Cloud and building with Prompt Builder to execute Generative content directly in CRM contact records - along the way using Flows to dynamically populate the gened content all the while keeping the data secured. Kewl workshop!.

The most insightful message from #tdx24 w/r/t working with AI and Data Cloud - such powerful tools - is you MUST know what you’re doing AND the careful design and purpose behind your systems, data and processes. A pre-existing mess will just become a MUCH FASTER MESS!.
