Almost all of my LTOs are now capped at 4 or 5 months. What a waste of money it would be to pay 20%, 25%, 40% or 50% of the value of the domain and then abandon the sale!☹️

A rather sterile start in March. Zero sales for the past 7 days.

I'm getting wary of the Afternic LTOs due to the high cancellation rates. I'll be putting a maximum of 5 months on my LTOs.

Crossed the $10k mark again in February, including three new LTOs. Hoping for even better tidings in March.

No sales so far in February but January was my first five-figure month.

January started on a high note then things tapered off from the 11th onwards. Already looking forward to what February has to offer.

An update on this story. Afternic cancelled the transaction and returned the domain name. It took months but they made things right eventually!
I listed a domain name for sale for $5988 or more on multiple marketplaces, including Afternic. Afternic sold it via Fast Transfer for $595. How did this happen? Has anyone ever had an issue like this?

The domain market is a strange one. I had three days of busy sales activity between Jan 7 and 10th where I sold a total of 7 domains. Then things went all quiet for the past 10 days!

It's a busy January. 6 sales on Afternic and one $2000 sale on Sedo. This is also the first time ever that I have crossed the five figure mark in a month!

Sold a domain for $2000. Net after Afternic commission was $1600. Today Afternic sent me a payout of $1183.50. It's probably just an innocent mistake. I'll follow up with Afternic TA.

My LTO strategy is working. Just sold my third LTO this month. This will be part and parcel of my domain investments in 2025.

In January, my target was to generate just $20,000 in sales this year, doubling my 2023 revenues. So far, I have generated about $43,000 in revenues from the sales of about 65 domains. 2022 revenues: $2000 2023 revenues: $10,000 2024 revenues: $43,000+ 2025 revenues?
I'm not very ambitious in 2024. Just hoping I can double the 2023 revenues and make at least $20,000 this year. My portfolio has, after all, increased considerably. I have come to learn domaining is a long game.

December is not the avalanche I expected. Last December, I had more sales and leads with just 25% of the portfolio that I have now. But it is only 13th. Maybe there'll be some action in the coming days.

the LTO will run through to September 2026 and I only get $75 per month☹️

Just hours after activating lease to own on all my domains, a sale just came through. But 22 months is a lot. I wonder if this can be renegotiated to just 12 months. I now 4 running LTOs.
