I nearly choked on my coffee. An "expert" on morning news recommended eating leafy greens and buying a helmet that gives your hair LED light to reverse hair loss. Hair is about 95% protein and 5% fats so increase protein for hair loss, period.

Your body produces cholesterol and LDL lipoprotein to maintain healthy bodily processes, and in a healthy individual, only produces the proper amount. Blood pressure and fasting insulin are the true indicators of morbidity but many doctors don't want to work that hard.

"Vegetables are full of antioxidants" is a lie. They actually contain inflammatory substances which activate your body's Nrf2 pathway which produces glutathione, your body's natural antioxidant. Its like burglars taking credit for the work the police did.

The only bioavailable source of vitamin B12, other than animal products, is a pill. Without vitamin B12, you weaken and die. Vitamin B12 supplements only became available in the 1950s. Some doctors say we would be better off with little or no animal products. Someone is lying
