Although i complained this to DU they insist me to pay these charges without using any service from them. Hence, i need your support to sort out this issue asap pls.

Then they sent me a new simcard which could understand after opening the package. Now i want to cancel that new simcard and DU is asking me to pay a penalty of aed 400 plus the whole device fee of around aed 4000.
