During detailed prototyping, we repeatedly tested bonding parts in different sizes to minimize seams due to material shrinkage, while the paintwork restores the original design as closely as possible.

Although the replacement body required unavoidable adjustments, the final result still preserves the character’s personality and wildness.

The replacement body had to be modified due to policy requirements. We appreciate the understanding of our pre-order customers.

Due to Toga’s complex facial details, the mold went through multiple rounds of test parting and polishing to ensure maximum detail retention and clean seams.

Toga’s mass production sample has been approved. The paint sample was produced and supervised strictly according to the pre-order design.

Rapi’s mass production mold has been polished, corrected, and approved, and has now entered the white prototype production stage.

The final product closely recreates both the overall details and the original design.

The one-piece swimsuit uses a three-step painting process: a silver base, transparent red coating, and final shading to achieve a more refined texture.

The sweater mold was revised three times, and the final mass production version achieves improved detail.

The final mass production paint sample for the Yor sweater version has been approved and will soon enter the next production stage. Compared to our previous Yor release, this version features improved skin tones and details to deliver a more refined character.

The revised replacement body still looks excellent in the final product.

The skin tone has also been color-adjusted and optimized to better reproduce the character’s texture.

The mass production paint sample for Fern has been approved. To better recreate the texture of the character’s hair, transparent material is used for the hair, with three layers of paint applied to achieve a more natural effect.
