Gin & Sonic Ingredients: 35ml Dodd’s Old Tom Gin 75ml Soda Water 75ml Tonic Water Method: Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice. To finish just garnish with a slice of lime which works particularly well with the liquorice profile of the gin.

The origin of Old Tom gin is in 18th century London when the Gin Act of 1751 sent gin making underground. Legend has it that drinking establishments across London hung signs featuring an old tom cat in the window.
