Despite everything we know about the benefits of breastfeeding, sometimes we wake up in the morning and the process seems overwhelming. On these days say to yourself: "TODAY, I'M GOING TO BREASTFEED!" The future beyond that, I will decide when it comes.

When a woman with #COVID19 is too unwell to breastfeed, she should be supported to safely provide her baby with breastmilk if she wishes, in a way possible, available, and acceptable to her. This could include: đź”· expressing milk đź”· relactation đź”· donor human milk

People around the world sleep differently. Monophasic Sleep is practiced mainly by western cultures and is often referred to as the norm. But this is untrue.

Did you know that almost all the research about sleep we have comes from Western Educated Industrialised Rich and Democratic (aka WEIRD) nations? Sleep research is heavily Western centric and also white centric. Around the world 🌍 people sleep in many different ways.
