Both the Tasmanian and Australian Women’s 100m records broken in the ACT Champs this afternoon - both by U20 athletes. Torrie Lewis new @AthsAust record of 11.10 (1.6) winning open .Chelsea Scolyer new @AthsTas mark of 11.50(0.3) winning U20.

One club footy players are now noticed as a growing rarity but how about the effort of Arthur Whitchell today awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia acknowledging 78 years of service to Athletics Essendon, @athsvic and @AthsAust.
