They equate "having pronouns" with being LGBTQ, esp. trans, so they're trotting out the old reactionary standby "non-straights are child predators" in an attempt to justify inflicting violence on people they don't like, trying to conflate them with something morally indefensible.

Some middle aged Republican activist used this same kind of language to me in real life outside of a Democratic party event. She was really weird about it too. "Do you own I gun? Cus I own a gun. Wanna guess if I have it with me?" Shit like that.
