Book #5 "courir au bon rythme" by Jean-Yves Cloutier. It's about training the right way for long distance run. I ran a 21km a few years ago without training and I ended up injuring myself in the process. Thanks to this reading I built a training plan! #1bookaday #7bookinaweek
