When you study & observe the great teams, mindset & role acceptance really matter. My challenge for any athlete, at any level, is to be ready for your moment & when your moment comes be in the best position to deliver. Staying with it mentally & physically is key but it is hard!.
Rebekah Allick made some new memories at Pinnacle Bank Arena while Allie Sczech introduced herself to Husker nation as No. 1 Nebraska swept No. 6 Stanford to go 2-0 in the #AVCAFirstServe. @JacobPadilla_ has the recap here:.

Following opening day, Cowley Vball met with Dr. Widman (on zoom) for mental training to discuss the matches and the season. “Doc” has worked with Cowley Vball the past 2 years during their championship runs. We are blessed to have him as a mental training mentor for our program
