We could support those in the U.S. interested in being physicians who do not have the means for all the courses, tutors (for some), interviews, expensive education etc. Can promote MDs who have an investment in their community. Will likely see better outcomes.
This is a horrible law and will harm patients in rural and underserved areas. The intent is to import poorly trained physicians that can be paid less and will conform to any rules the system has. This is pure evil and puts patients' health and lives at risk. @DutchRojas.

It’s much easier to blame someone else. Unfortunately, we mainly only treat disease. It’s up to the community to institute sustainable public health resources to promote disease prevention. Most importantly it is up to the individual. Choose your hard.
This concept that doctors are the problem and that if doctors would just focus on wellness, we would all be better off is so ludicrous I can't even respond. Are doctors causing us to drink, to not exercise and to eat cookies. Of course not. This is all a narrative to.
