Having a moment... although we did not get the DUB today. Scoring 41 points is something I never thought I would accomplish, at least not rn in my career. This accomplishment hits me a little harder just because of my journey. Thankful for this journey & everyone in my circle‼️
Charlotte transfer Dazia Lawrence’s recruitment is primarily focused on the following programs:
Marquette (current leader)
North Carolina
Tennessee
Kentucky
Florida State
Virginia Tech
Dazia Lawrence went from sitting aside as kids played on her basketball goal to becoming one of the most feared scorers in all of college basketball.
Here’s how Dazia’s grandma helped instill the confidence that she now has on the court today.
STORY:
Never lose yourself. Never lose your confidence. Never lose your head. Never let people get to you. Never let people run over you. Never let anyone dictate how you feel. Never give up on you.
It literally breaks my heart to see more and more people leaving the game for their mental health. I know how that feels because I was at that breaking point once in my life.
Each and every one of you guys are brave, courageous and should never be afraid to share your story!
Dazia Lawrence,
@CharlotteWBB
's star guard, spent over a week in Poland representing Team USA in the FIBA 3v3 World Cup.
I wrote about Dazia's experience nearly 5,000 miles from home, her thoughts on Charlotte’s move to the AAC and playing in Greenville.
A lot of people think our generation is weak because we speak about our mental health and take it seriously. Not realizing WE are the generation that is going to break these generational curses, WE are the generation that's going to speak up & maintain our respect for ourselves.

Stop putting time limits on yourself. Everything will happen in divine timing. Time is only there to make you feel like you NEED to have life figured out. Go with the flow. It's all an illusion. Don't let time control your life. You take control of time.
I'm so grateful for my life & my journey. So grateful for where I am in life! Remember the grass is greener where you are! Focus on your journey, you will find so much joy in things you didn't before!
THERE IT IS!

PWI's should be required to schedule at least one game against a HBCU at their spot. Every college athlete should be able to experience that atmosphere. I can only imagine how that feels.
Professor's that doesn't teach & makes their students read hella textbooks should be fired. Especially when you just wanna quiz us on what we read without explaining any of it. Like why are you even here? What is your purpose?
"YOU are responsible for how you feel, not the other person,so don't go and project how you feel to that person, making them the cause of why YOU feel what you feel"
