I believe this same premise applies in the high school game. The stakeholders in college have to see the vision. The administration and school board in high school have to see it as well. Be someone they’re willing to take the chance on. #KeepWorking
Hiring young head coaches isn’t a risk anymore. It’s a strategy. They connect with players. They embrace the new era. And they grind like their life depends on it — because most of the time, it does. Programs don’t want recycled. They want rising. ⬇️⬇️
