It’s hilarious to me when offer owners get overly attached to a specific price point. “My offer is worth X!” .”I can’t give this much value away for Y!”. My brother, the goal is to maximize REVENUE & PROFIT… not to stick to some arbitrary price point because you "think" that's.

Improving lead quality is an iterative process. If you add too much friction to the funnel before you have sufficient volume & data. you’ll end up with a bare calendar and nothing to optimize. You need to MAXIMIZE throughput first… then you can add strategic friction to filter.
