Biggest issue. @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3 on ticket we get a reply that your CRC form shall be processed on a FIFO basis. However, on the other side, we have seen many matters in which an SRN filed after days of earlier SRN are getting processed.means no FIFO. @nsitharamanoffc

We’ve seen this issue in many cases — even after DSC is registered (and we have proof), the system again asks to register it. It takes a lot of time and effort to redo the same process repeatedly. Such repetitive errors are a complete waste of professionals’ time. @MCA21India

My personal view — this time, corporates should ask for extension, not professionals. We professionals are already working day & night to complete filings on time. If we ask for extension, it gives a wrong message — as if we’re delaying or not capable. @MCA21India @FCSJigarShah

Its the first time annual filings are in V3, and CSR-2 is a linked form. Add to that the festive season ,professionals social life also matters. Why not a time extension ..🙏

It’s disheartening that even after multiple follow-ups, we’re not getting timely resolution of tickets. @HelpdeskMCA21V3 must understand — in matters of law, timely resolution matters the most. Once time passes, even the best resolution loses its value. @MCA21India @PMOIndia
