The Clearstead DEI Council also developed plans and goals along with S.M.A.R.T.I.E. strategies and corresponding action steps and KPI’s that will continue to guide them in measuring progress and sustaining momentum. It was a wonderful experience working with the Clearstead team!.

This process included the creation of an aspirational vision statement that is specific to the DEI Council, careful consideration of existing strengths, and the discovery of areas that can use attention and work.

Over a period of approximately 6 months, we facilitated sessions with their DEI Council to develop sustainable action steps and KPI’s that can help initiate impactful progress towards creating a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment throughout the organization.
