On Valentine's Day @Harvard_Law admin once again proved they all absolutely flunked first amendment law by blatantly exposing their discriminatory policy enforcement against pro-Palestinian speech on campus

Harvard Law students refuse to let Skadden's anti-Palestinian racism go unchecked.

SKADDEN WILL FIRE YOU FOR PROTESTING GENOCIDE: Skadden, a law firm that often does work for the Israeli government, revoked a Muslim student’s employment offer due to their advocacy for Palestine on Harvard’s campus.

for everyone just realizing that Harvard Law is full of extremely unserious white men peddling shockingly lazy & uncompelling scholarship that relies on the vicarious authority & presumed merit of Harvard affiliation to distract from overall lack of rigor and sharpness: welcome.

Hi Professor! Current Harvard Law student here & Palestinian. Hate to take the bait, but I do want to breakdown why this article is inaccurate & intellectually dishonest. Thread:

Harvard Law administration shows the constantly heightening contradictions around Palestinian advocacy. But attempting to silence students will never silence the movement for Palestinian liberation. P.S., we hope you liked our Valentines!

This harassment is not about usage of space. It is about suppressing our message: that Palestinians deserve to be free. For years, students have gathered in Belinda. Now that we are gathering for Palestinian freedom, admin arbitrarily enforces vague rules against us.

See if you can spot the difference in the flyers! We'll give you a hint: only one event was organized by a pro-Palestine organization.

A week ago, WLA held a card-making event in Belinda Hall. The event received no pushback from HLS administration and went on as planned. Justice for Palestine planned an identical event on 2/14, and board members swiftly received a warning saying the event violated policy.

Harvard. The place where hundreds of Native boarding school children’s hair has been kept for decades & the same place that produced four of the U.S. Supreme Court Justices currently deciding whether to overturn the Indian Child Welfare Act.

This action came about because HLS refused to hear our demands and attempted to silence us. Let this be a message that we will not back down in the face of baseless threats from an administration that repeatedly demonstrates indifference to student safety and wellbeing.

Student activism has a long history at HLS. But so does the admin's resistance to organizing efforts. From the firing of Derrick Bell to actions against students pushing for divestment from harmful industries, HLS has made it clear that its priority is maintaining the status quo.
