If your org expects testing to “find the gaps,” that’s a huge mistake. When business, dev, and QA don’t share the same baseline, testing won’t magically create a new benchmark — it will only expose misalignment that should’ve been fixed upstream.

Develop code through models , testing at unit level or product level needs to be strategic too. Product A - Answer ur business question Do u like the answers? Now and a few months down, the timeline? Guard rails need to be put as part of the solution,❌️ solution/tech debt

Consulting stuff 😀 Findings-> Your current state is not friendly with the trends What should u do ? Have GenAI and AI/ML enabled solutions. What does that mean ? Throws list of tools and generic sales pitch get surprised when ppl struggle to explain AI and ML separately 😞

When multiple teams are involved, like the front-end(delivers user experience),api(managing authentication ,authorization, and data), and source ( support filtered data). FOR successful solutions, these cross functional teams have regular cadence otherwise 🙄?
