It’s Te Wiki Hauora Tāne! Some of our Impact Partners have decided that period care products should go in every bathroom – including the men’s one. We are proud of partnering with businesses who acknowledge that not everyone who has a period identifies with being a woman.

Period poverty is still a reality in NZ. Menstruators are staying home from work and school out of shame and discomfort, losing days of earnings and education. 72% of NZ schools believe that having free period products available would help their students stay in school. Yay!

AWWA period care is Dignity’s other beloved partner. Indigenous owned and female founded, AWWA truly is amazing. Their undies are made of natural, organic and recycled fibres, and one single pair of period underwear can absorb up to five regular pads or tampons worth of blood 🤯

Have you seen our canisters yet? Every time we partner with a new business, we send them one of these beautiful canisters to store their period products in. They are made of ceramic and they are tidy and contained, which makes them a great solution to store your period products.
