🧑‍⚕️Physiotherapist: It´s completely normal to feel confused. When there´s so much information, and it´s contradictory, it can seem like there isn´t a solution for your pain. (1/2)

👱 Patient: I started searching online, and it only got worse… Some videos say that I should do stretches, others say that never bend forward, and others that swimming cures back pain. I don´t know what to do. I´m afraid to move.

🎤In his talk, Víctor presented the DIGI4MSK project and its role in developing digital educational resources for both healthcare professionals and people living with musculoskeletal pain, exploring possible synergies with the goals of Tech2Match.
