What an amazing first day back! It all started with this sweet note from my daughter this morning. The kids were full of smiles and a few tears but we made it through the day. So incredibly thankful and blessed! How was your day?

#September is #SuicidePreventionMonth. Our small community has been impacted by so many. I’ve lost a classmate, a coworker, students, and family friends. Every day that I go to work I am still reminded of Jamie. It will be three years on Thursday. #MentalHealthMatters

It’s September and my favorite time of year is here. Friday night lights at the football field, campfires that won’t make me melt, sweater weather instead of sweaty weather, changing colors, and crisp morning air. I’m so excited! #September #September1st

We spent some time at our local corn maze today. It opened for the season yesterday. The yard is full of things to do including a mini animal petting zoo, straw bale pile, sand dig for treasure, giant chess, giant tire swings, and so much more. We go every year. #cornmazefun
