EPWater, @ElPasoCounty and @DigDeepH2O celebrated the Tierra de Oro First-Time Water Project. This collaborative project will bring safe, reliable drinking water to the Tierra de Oro neighborhood in far east El Paso.

For 30 years, the colonia of Cochran fought for running water. Now, with the help of Jack and the rest of the #ColoniasWaterProject team, water is finally flowing for local families, and we’re working to bring clean, running water to even more Texas colonias.
