Valve has added more matchmaking regions to TF2 this year than major updates in the past 7 years 😭. There’s now a new region in Helsinki (currently only available for MvM and not fully active yet). With this, TF2 now has the same matchmaking regions as CS2.
It seems like USA still hungry for more servers, because Valve just added another matchmaking region in Atlanta. At this point, TF2 now has the same number of matchmaking regions as CS2 -- except for China (Perfect World servers) and Helsinki
