Does anyone know the secret to getting through to the @HooverUSA product helpline? I'm on day 3 of trying to reach them. Days 1 and 2 I called 20 minutes prior to their posted closing hour and the message stated they were closed. Today I've been on hold for 41 minutes so far. .

What do you want to know?.

Anyone else wish that @kleenex would go back to having the tissue count on the smaller boxes be closer to 70 than 50? I don't like the increase in cardboard discard that's going on. (I love you @kleenex I just want more in each box.).

PRODUCERS PRO TIP / Reality check-- When you have 70 characters speaking dozens of different accents from around the world, it's not OK to offer a dialect coach $500 for the project. cuz that's a full time job.
