Today, PS @Devolution_KE, Michael Lenasalonand the Devolution Conference Steering Committee briefed H.E. Deputy President @KindikiKithure, EGH, on the upcoming 9th Annual #DevolutionConference, to be held in Homa Bay County from 12th - 15th August.

Safaricom confirmed plans to activate 4G access in underserved areas by March 2026 with the PS committing to advocate for harmonized county fees, classifying fibre as critical infrastructure & engaging @RERECMashinani for last-mile power connectivity to enhance digital equity.
