There will be a cart in Section 8 with pre-packaged healthy food items, including some available with gluten free wraps/buns, I believe. Also will have gluten free chips/snacks.

I really loved #NJDevils Jake Allen's comment about Nico Daws: "He should have all the confidence in the world. He's a really good kid and a good person. He paid his dues. He's going to get his chance at some point. It's just a matter of time. [..] He'll be good for us."

This should come as no surprise because of the way Markstrom looked at the end of the game. Now that he's out a few weeks, it's yet another big opportunity for Daws to help himself and the #NJDevils here in the early season

No clear angle but concern would be an MCL injury and/or high ankle sprain for Markstrom. Remember last year Markstrom was out 4-6 weeks due to an MCL injury on the left Again time off depends on severity but these are often multiple week injuries, especially for goalies
#NJDevils Jacob Markstrom skating off the ice gingerly right after the final buzzer after appearing to suffer an apparent injury on the late Voronkov goal. Seems like he was in severe pain or something the way he reacted in the crease, but stayed in for the final 14 seconds…

Tough to hear Allen talk about Markstrom's injury; he clearly feels horrible. "I feel terrible for him. Partially my fault, so I take sort of responsibility for it. But it's the game we play, there's a lot of variables out there. I reiterated how bad I feel for him right now."

Keefe on J Allen (cramping): "I would expect he'd bounce back. It's something very common with goalies, lot of people don't know it but for the most part he's got a pretty good handle on it so we look at it as a bit of a one-off at this point." 2/2
Keefe on if concern with J Allen cramping issue: "You're making sure you're doing the right things. But I'd say I'm not concerned simply b/c it's not new. Jake has dealt with it his entire career & managed it. Last season it was a thing as well but it didn't affect his play" 1/2
