Congrats to Hastings Economic Development Corporation and Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce on the opening of Elm 26 Apartments! Led by Scott Rief, the new 5-building, 132-unit complex was supported with a loan from HEDC’s Rural Workforce Housing Fund and TIF.

Today, leaders in Lincoln celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Union at Antelope Valley! The new construction features 187 apartments, priced affordably. DED supported the project with $3,021,784 under the QCT Affordable Housing Program. Congrats to Union at Antelope Valley!
