This is really ridiculous @Swiggy @SwiggyCares for wrong delivery I need to wait for another 24 hours. Please let me know how to delete my account? Your customer support is horrible....

Really hectic customer service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Technician never arrived and closed my complaint as resolved. Moved to @JioCare @reliancejio for wonderful customer service and hi speed data with the low cost.

Going to cancel my prime subscription and really @Flipkart does a great job by delivering the product overnight and on time of what they promised. Continue to do your good work and proper response from customer care team. Same product with speed delivery and less price. Thank you

Being a new prime customer really disappointed with the amazon service. No one is there help the customer. @JeffBezos @ajassy should really look into customer support and check the proper resolution given to the customer or not.

This is my final confession to @amazonIN really horrible support still the product is not delivered and there is no proper response from the team. Everyone is denying to give support. When customer is angry you have to do whatever to the extent to resolve the issue.

When you are unable to deliver the product refund should be done immediately. If the product is not delivered today I will approach court for the compensation. I will handle this legally. Need product or money. For other don't subscribe for prime anymore. It's a scam.@

Before 9pm now time is 8.53 still order is not out for delivery. I am new customer of Amazon and they only wants customer money but they will do as promised. Thank god I’m in a trial period let me cancel my subscription now itself.

Again @amazonIN @AmazonHelp started giving excuses for my return and gave fake promises. Told same thing today what they told yesterday for the return failure. Throw your policy into bin. Thank you. Dont want my refund. Keep it with you.
