Next of our successful project is Robotic welding cell. The robotic welding workplace is equipped with a Fanuc Arc Mate welding robot with an anti-collision system. The welding process is ensured by the Fronius welding system.

This week, we handed over to our customer AFSI Europe a special station intended for rinsing the filters that the customer produces. Every manufactured filter passes through our station at the end of the production process. #deusautomation #industrialautomation

We developed and manufactured ammunition sealing machine for our customer. The machine uses dosing technology from Andre Industrial. We carry out custom production of basic machines and fully automated production lines.

We have successfully completed the installation of all layers of the Franz Kafka statue in Prague. Ahead of us are settings, minor changes in the switchboard, as well as software optimization and modifications. We believe that the result will be great.

Last week, we took over the first part of the bearings, which are an important part of the ongoing repair of the Franz Kafka statue. The bearing supplier is Thyssenkrupp rothe erde Slovakia. Choosing this partner and cooperation with him will guarantee operation for many years.

In October 2023, we completed moving our company to new spaces at Nadrazni 287, Zakupy. We currently use 1,200 m² of production, assembly and storage space and 450 m² in the office area. New spaces bring new possibilities and new challenges. #deusautomation

The last level was dismantled, and everything went according to plan. This completed the first phase of the Franz Kafka statue repair. There are still three more phases ahead of us, which we will provide you with information about in the next post.
