Bad news on the DDOT front, as bus breakdowns have led to a slew of cancelled trips, and (most likely) the delay of proposed September service improvements. New buses should help - but they'll take time to hit the road. #DetroitTransit.

Final reminder to RSVP and to join us tonight in Ann Arbor! And slight change of plans, afterwards we'll be headed to Conor O'Neils Pub in Ann Arbor instead of Jolly Pumpkin!.
Don't forget - TRU will be in Ann Arbor next Tuesday for a very special Transit Tuesday Talk! Detroiters, learn what our friends in A2 are doing, and Ann Arborites, get a chance to meet staff and members from Metro Detroit at the talk or our social after!.

Chloé Höglund, a New Zealander tourist and content creator, wanted to see America by train. She embarked on a 6,000 mile journey, spending over 200 hours on Amtrak. What a great transit experience and way to see the country!.

Chloé Höglund wanted to see as much of the United States as possible, all by train. It took her months of planning, but she loved her trip and the people she met along the way.
