I’m Rebeka, 23. I identified as trans from 13, started testosterone at 16, and had a botched double mastectomy at 19. I detransitioned at 20, and I’m here to share my experience. It’s encouraging to see more detransitioned individuals speaking up on this platform ❤️

@DetransRebeKa @RonniNicole1 Children don’t identify as trans. You didn’t know what trans was when you were a kid. I wanted to be a boy, because boys had more freedoms. What I really wanted was to have those freedoms. I didn’t like the stereotypes associated with my sex. I changed that. Not me.

Just came back from visiting my mum, and told her about what I’m doing here. She started crying and told me how much it really hurt her what was being done to me. She carried on to hug me then told me to keep speaking up for everyone who got impacted by this harmful ideology 🙏🏻
