Our process & outcome: We combined AI tools with solid UX practice—ChatGPT for UX copy + insights, Figma for wireframes and high-fi screens, and competitor research to guide decisions. The final result is a smooth, safe ride experience tailored for Nigerian users.

The challenge: Our team ran a full UX audit and found few key issues [intrusive pop-ups, unclear errors, hidden safety actions, etc] My focus was redesigning the core rider experience: onboarding, booking, in-trip tracking & error handling.
