We haven't had light here since 2022 cause transformer spoilt, yet I still show up and post designs, I charge at viewing center, church, gym, eatery, friends house. Na God say make them never tiff my laptop 😤😤

I'm desperately looking for a design gig rn, applied severally so one got back to me with a design assessment and sent me a PDF. I just hissed and closed the mail, I'll never ever do design assessment during recruitment process ever again. It's a red flag for me.
I just declined doing a design assignment. I've never spoken about this but I've had many companies (HRs) ghost me after I submit an assignment. Companies like @NethermindEth (ghosted after 4 interviews) @useTamara (👻after 3 interviews) @grvt_io (👻after 2 interviews) 😮💨

I designed some similar product earlier this month. Tinder for Founders 🥰. This app helps investors locate founders of companies and businesses that they can invest in.
Sorce (@sorcejobs) is building Tinder for Jobs. When you swipe right, AI navigates to the company’s website and applies on your behalf. It writes cover letters, too. Congrats @marvy_101, @davidaladee & @therealdajayi on the launch!
