Saturday’s are for rest, productivity, and pursuit of what makes you feel alive. Go outside. Hit the gym. Read a book. Cook a fire dinner. Work on a passion project. Abolish FOMO, do what YOU want to do, and USE every moment of the autonomy of the weekend.

Chasing results leads to short-term, short-lasting action. Behavior change *results* in long-term identity change.
The best way to improve is not to focus on results. It’s to focus on habits. 27 studies: Behavior change goals are 3x more effective than outcome goals in boosting performance. Growth depends on altering the actions we can control. A key to progress is concentrating on process.
