The most bizarre trend in modern transfers is when a club signs a player, the fans now have to convince themselves that the player has turned down better offers to sign for their club. The whole of football is becoming so childish and aimed towards idiots.

Possibly best ever half of hurling in an All Ireland final from Tipp. Definitely worst ever half of hurling in a final from Cork.

The Hurling Prelim QF's is one of the most ridiculous things in GAA. Imagine winning a Joe Mac final and the GAA make you go out to get heavily beaten a week later. And it's even worse for the Joe Mac losers. So unnecessarily cruel on those teams and no one really wants it.

Why does every Irish Manager think they have to play long ball and can't even try to pass the ball. None of the team play that way with their clubs and the attackers obviously hate that kind of service. But most importantly, it clearly doesn't work & hasn't in last 20+ years.

Why are media trying to push narrative that PSG are some kind of poor underdog. €600m on transfers in last 2 years and by far the highest wages in football. What is motivation for sports journalists to lie like this and promote PSG as a great story?

Funny to hear narrative that PSG have gone away from the big signings of a few years ago. They have still spent €600m+ in last 2 years. Difference now is they have a brilliant manager who gets buy-in from everyone and players know team comes first.

Enzo Maresca spent the season telling everyone that his team were too young and too inexperienced. Then he goes on a rant, criticising pundits for agreeing with him. A very weird bloke.

Must be the first ever final where the winning team had no shot at goal. No shots on or off target for Spurs (if goal was an OG).

The best talent on the pitch - Bruno Fernandes - spent the whole half arguing with the ref, as the game passed him by. If Amorim can get him to play football, he will turn this game around.

Arsenal have beaten Newcastle to secure CL football and second place. So why is the post match discussion on Sky all about when Arteta will be sacked? They really want him gone, but criticising after a win, when there are 18 worse teams in the league smacks of an agenda.

Wexford tactic of constantly running into trouble, until they lose the ball, is the most stupid tactic I've ever seen in hurling. Yet they keep persisting with it. Such a badly coached team.

With Arsenal refusing to spend money on the attack, the big questions for summer transfer window are:.A) is there a 20 goal a season, fox in the box, full back available?.B) can Arteta convince the board that Gyokeres is actually a left back, so they sanction the deal?.

Great to hear that Carragher will no longer be giving his awful, hypocritical opinions on other teams. No more of his childish, trolling for clicks.

"I'm sick of people telling Liverpool fans how they should feel" 👀. Jamie Carragher has his say on the reaction of football fans and journalists to Trent Alexander-Arnold's decision to leave the club 🔴

Arsenal signed just 2 attackers in 5 years, saying there is not many on the market. PSG signed Dembele, Kvaratskelia, Doue and Barcola in last few years. The difference at highest level is in that final third and Arsenal just refuse to address it. Makes no sense.

It's sad to see diving/feigning injury so readily accepted as part of the game in GAA now. Media should be calling this out. Would hope @TheSundayGame highlight Adam Hogan and show how he went from being in "agony" to laughing at his opponent, Once yellow was issued.

That Rice booking was very funny. In a meaningless end of season game, where both teams are strolling around, you still get a ref desperate to dish out cards for no reason.

Remember when a load of lads on X told us Declan Rice had a loser mentality, because he celebrated scoring an equalising goal against Man Utd. That was fucking mental wasn't it.

Those Rice free kicks were so good, some rival fans forgot to complain that he celebrated when it's still only the first leg.

Starting to feel sorry for some EPL refs, they are just so far out of their depth. Darren England blows final whistle and when Everton players complained, he changes his mind and let's them have another 30 seconds to take a free. Never seen a free awarded after full time before.
