I personally like communication that gets right to the point. My favorite client calls me and starts with “can you change…”, not even a hello, and it lasts 5 seconds. Sounds like I need to improve my email skills a bit and be a little more personal with responses.
When responding to a support ticket, do you have a common opening?. e.g., Mr Whomever, thank you for contacting us…. Or, like me, do you just get to the point with no intro?. e.g., Go to the WP Admin > Settings….

I really like this idea and one day - that isn’t during vacation or right after surgery - I will get to do it . Give it a shot! Only a few bucks anyway….
