I'm considering a buying plugin vs custom building with AI. In the end, even I want nothing to do with maintaining it and would prefer someone else do that for this specific thing. There is still a lot of opportunity to make software to solve people's needs they will pay for.

The goal is to get up from my desk every hour to help move my back more. Low level success so far. I either keep turning it to 10 more minutes or turning it off without getting up. I just can’t walk away from something I’m in the middle of… must finish it!

I don’t know if I’m doing all the things right, but every morning lately I wake up excited to get to my desk. I have to force myself to eat, do my PT, get ready first instead of diving in to work. Night and day compared to when I was doing client work a couple years ago.

I love the new "Auto Insert Blocks" feature in the PublishPress Blocks plugin. I can save a group of blocks and then just automatically insert it in all the posts with a specific category. For example, I can quickly add a "Podcast" block to all posts in the "Podcast" category:
