Grade 7 French class students recently received letters from their pen pals who attend the Institution Notre Dame de Garaison, a private school located in Monléon-Magnoac, France. #penpals

Grade 6 students used magnifying glasses during their History class this week to read and understand copies of old documents from the 1700's. 🔍

Grade 2 students enjoyed a fun flashlight reading activity last week as part of their Reading Workshop! 📖

Grade 3 students embarked on a measurement scavenger hunt this week featuring finding the length of Mr. Boericke’s head!

Grade 6 STEAM students were introduced to the Engineering Design Process this week through a tower building activity. Students were given a time limit and building materials consisting of spaghetti sticks, cotton thread, masking tape, and a marshmallow.

So excited to have new and returning students back on campus this week! Wednesday marked our first day of school and we held our annual First Chapel Lecture outdoors on the 1784 field. A great way to kick off the new year as a community! 😀

Our teachers are so excited to welcome our new and returning students to campus next week! We are looking forward to filling our classrooms with laughter, learning, and lasting memories. We hope everyone enjoys their last few days of summer—we can’t wait to see you!
