Y10 Football | ⚽️ Despite a spirited second half performance, our Y10 Football Team bowed out of the Cheshire Emberton Cup with a 0-3 loss to @SandbachSchool this evening.

Girls Football | ⚽️ Amazing effort by these six students tonight, who travelled to @PE_sptacademy to play their latest @StockportSFA league fixture. Despite losing 6-3 the quality of football was really pleasing. Well done to all of the students involved 👌

KS3 + KS4 Table Tennis | 🏓 Throwback to the first week of term when our KS3 and 4 teams visited @DidsburyPe for a return fixture. Both teams winning the aggregate on the night. Well done to all involved 👍

Table Tennis Qualifier | 🏓 Last week LCH hosted the @StockportSHAPES Table Tennis Qualifier for Years 9, 10 and 11 Well done to the Y11 team who progress through to the finals in a couple of weeks 👍

Pokémon Cup Leaders | ⚽️ Very proud of our fantastic Y10 students who officiated the Pokémon Primary Schools National Cup district rounds for Stockport last week. Well done to all schools involved @StockportSHAPES

Y11 Football | ⚽️ Our Y11 Football Team lost out 1-0 in a closely fought game this evening against a hard working @Stockport_SchPE

Xmas House Sport Cup | 🎅 Congratulations to Fortius House who received the Xmas House Sport Cup. Great to see all students from all year groups competing for their house.

Y11 Cup Football | ⚽️ The cup run continues for our Y11 football team. With neither school able to score in normal time, the game went to penalties with LCH winning 5-4. Well done to all players representing the school and thanks to @wellington_pe_department for the game ⚽️🙌

Year 9 Football | ⚽️ The improvement is remarkable with this group! Well done to the Y9 football team who progressed to the next round of the @StockportSFA Cup this evening with a 2-1 victory against @MarpleHallPE

Badminton Finals | 🏸 Congratulations to our KS4 Badminton team for finishing 3rd in the Stockport Schools Badminton finals. The standard of play that these students produced was really excellent. Thanks to @StockportSHAPES for organising. 🏸

Y7 Football | ⚽️ Last night also saw our Y7 team in @gmcsfa cup action travelling away to @CromptonHousePE. A poor first half saw LCH trail 3-0 at HT. Despite an eventual 5-2 loss, the team performed much better in the 2nd half. More to come from this team in the new year 👍

Y8 Football GM Cup | ⚽️ Our Y8 Football team bow out of the GM County Cup despite a spirited performance against a very impressive @PE_NewmanRC. Well done and good luck in the next round @gmcsfa

U14’s Basketball | 🏀 Our U14 Basketball Team made a terrific start to the Stockport Schools Basketball League last week with two wins. On Tuesday we hosted @BramhallHigh_PE (54-42) and on Thursday we hosted @HGHS_PE (80-66) Well done to all students involved 👍🏀
