Support affected devs to them find new opportunities instead of just doomposting & making memes about the situation And support the unaffected devs too because it's not easy to get through things like this mentally.. The affected devs were also their friends for years

It is happening again. Totally devastating and exhausting. Wishing all my affected colleagues and friends, some of whom I have worked with almost every day for well over a decade, a speedy route back into work. They deserve so much better.
