What in the world is this? This reminds me of when we used to play “Opposite Day” as a kid.
🚨BREAKING🚨 No. 1 QB Jared Curtis is flipping his commitment from Georgia to Vanderbilt, @SWiltfong_ reports⚓️ Curtis informed the Bulldogs’ staff of his decision this morning. https://t.co/ktvO9uS8Ro

In a world warping God's blueprint for men & women, @CBMWorg has stood unwavering for 38 years—arming churches, families, & individuals with biblical truth that's contributed to the current vibe shift against cultural chaos. But the battle rages on. Your gift today = fuel for

Dear Friend, Everywhere you turn today, confusion reigns over basic facts of reality, including who we are as male and female. This is true, sadly, even in some quarters of the Christian community....

Probably the most memorable moment of Lane Kiffin’s introductory press conference at LSU. Kiffin talks about calling and talking to Ed Orgeron while driving onto campus for the first time last night. @LSUfootball @MattMoscona @TBob53 @JacobHester18

This @NYTimes op-ed is about being happily divorced. Except when you read it, it becomes clear that there is more misery and pain than the author wishes to acknowledge. "I hate divorce," says the Lord. -Malachi 2:16 https://t.co/B1pt2Itr8x

Four years ago, my husband and I made an increasingly common choice: We hugged, apologized for our shortcomings and freed each other.

John Talty reports that Lane Kiffin wanted to stay and finish the season with his team at Ole Miss but that Ole Miss admin wouldn't let him. Kiffin "became the first head coach to be pushed out before coaching his team in the playoff." @JTalty

A fiery airport scene capped the end of Kiffin's Ole Miss era -- the product of weeks of secret meetings, shifting loyalties and a blue-blood offer he couldn't walk away from.

If you don’t have time to read the whole thing, at least read the conclusion: “When some Christians wax eloquent about the need for a Protestant Franco or about why we should take the vote away from women or about why the civil magistrate should crush idolatrous worship, they

This wasn’t a money thing. Ole Miss matched LSU’s offer. If you think this was about a bigger paycheck, that ain’t it.
Every sports media member who is going to rip Lane Kiffin for taking the LSU job would 100% leave their current job for a $50k raise. Kiffin isn’t the issue. The system in place is. College coaches should have enforceable contracts and non-competes. Just like NFL coaches do.

I hate this for Ole Miss team and fans. I really do. Ole Miss fans are heaping a lot of hate on Kiffin for this, but that hate looks misdirected to me. Yes, LSU wanted Kiffin, but LSU AD said a long time ago that LSU was willing to wait for next coach to finish his playoff run

This is incorrect. Kiffin wants to coach his team, but Ole Miss won’t let him unless he agrees to coach for Ole Miss next year. LSU is not forcing this. They were happy to wait to sign him after the Ole Miss season ends.
Just to recap, Lane Kiffin is... - Leaving Ole Miss for LSU - Abandoning his team right before playoffs - Throwing a temper tantrum because he also wants to finish the season - Trying to poach players and staff on his way out ... And now won't even be at the team meeting to

College football is a mess. An absolute unmitigated disaster of a mess. And Saban is right. This is not a Lane Kiffin problem. It’s a college football problem. No coach or player should be allowed to switch teams before the season is over. Period.

For LSU fans wringing their hands until D-day tomorrow, here are the possible ways things can shake-out with Kiffin now that Florida seems to be out of it: Worst case scenario: Lane Kiffin delays and LSU waits while the top coaches commit elsewhere (Sumrall, Drink, etc.). Kiffin

Prediction: Ole Miss decimates Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl, and Lane Kiffin coaches his team through the end of their playoff run.
Lane Kiffin tells me on the field pregame that Miss St. students broke into Ole Miss locker room at 3am and stole Trinidad Chambliss’ jersey. The great Ken Crain, Ole Miss’ equipment czar, set up Covert surveillance cameras. Because of course he did. Egg Bowl!
