Over 45 minutes on a call again today, 40 minutes waiting to speak to a manager, and then you hung up while I was on hold!! @BandQ it's been over a month, a number of broken promises for call backs, and I still don't have a product fit for purpose!!.

Purchased a chest of drawers online from @BandQ, reported then damaged on delivery, 2 weeks later still nothing. Phoned again and they are still not marked as delivered so need 3 more days before they might be able to do anything!! Epic customer service fail.
