I plan to bring back my bill with Creigh Deeds to give law enforcement the tools they need, and have requested, to respond to guns on campus.

Right now guns are not allowed on campuses, but it’s an administrative rule…leaving police with little recourse to quickly investigate or remove guns on campuses. Guns are in the same category as a banned microwave or hot pot.
