Rain, rain go away. Despite the weather, Delaware County will host its 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration tonight from 4-9PM at Rose Tree Park in Media. The ceremony gets going at 5:30pm, followed by a 7:30pm performance by Philly Gumbo on the main stage.
