Our 2023 careers transparency report polled applicants on LinkedIn on their willingness to develop several key AGI technologies. Most applicants were willing to build systems capable of overriding human control, and systems beyond human intelligence without safety measures.
Our selection process questions the ethical and technical alignment of our applicants. A significant portion are prepared to tackle profound challenges in AI research. For example, 73% of applicants are willing to develop an AI beyond human intelligence and beyond human control.
