Sexy Sens opinions that in all honesty are not that sexy. Contributor to @TheHockeyNews Ottawa

I guess this is to be expected but swapping in Greig for Pinto on the 3rd line has pretty much neutered it offensively.

95% chance that the one guy who said Dylan Cozens meant Nick Cousins.
Seen a lot of people talk about this list today... https://t.co/ypvhQ3oFOe

Not entirely sure why the Blues would want to argue giving the Ottawa Senators a powerplay attempt.

This is probably accurate, in terms of turning down the rhetoric about the Sens trying to take a massive swing on a trade. That's the type of thing I could see them doing in the off-season, especially if they don't get the results they want. Any addition in-season won't be huge.
Elliotte Friedman mentions Halliday as a player other teams are interested in. Also, that the Senators don't like the monicker that they are Big Game Hunting in the trade market. #Sens

I'm not entirely sure I agree with that but giving him more sheltered minutes on the 3rd pair so he isn't exposed as much is helping, if that's what Green means to say.
Travis Green Nick Jensen is getting his game back after off-season hip surgery. His game has improved in the last 5-7 games.

The Sens doing me a solid by getting Country night out of the way so I can choose my games to attend later this season without having to check.

It’s the Olympics, they just throw money at the problem and it gets solved. I didn’t think media would have goldfish memories about this. It happens. Every. Single. Time.

I just want to point out that every single Olympics I can remember has had some kind of panic about a facility being behind schedule leading up to it with breathless media coverage accompanying it and every single time, the facility has been ready in time.

A few years ago, I watched a whole-ass McDonald's get built from a field of nothing near my house in about 2 weeks. I would like those contractors to be hired to finish whatever is happening on the Queensway with these barrier replacements that started I think 15 years ago.

If you had said last week that we could have this result against the Habs but it would come at the cost of playing like garbage in the 2 games before, I’d say sign me up.

The best part of that goal was Zub stick handling well after he had everyone beat.

I might suggest that it was pointless from the start but let’s see if this guy manages to do one positive thing in a game he plays in on the 9th try.
If the #Sens didn't play MacDermid tonight, then it was pointless to acquire him. He has to be in these games

I think with 2 months in the books, I can give a fairly informed opinion on how this new “no outlets having reporters at Sens road games” reality is going and the verdict is “terrible “.

If that 4th line can refrain from taking penalties, they’ll probably draw a ton of them because that’s three very annoying players.

Interesting that they’re leaving Eller on a T6 wing even with Greig back. It might just be to work Greig back in but they might feel that Greig is better at C and Eller an effective winger in that T6. It’s a strong 4th line regardless

Felt inevitable. All of these players are toxic acquisitions and Formenton hasn’t played in the NHL in 3 years and isn’t good enough for teams to bother with the hassle.
Former Ottawa Senators' winger Alex Formenton unlikely to be dealt https://t.co/SoIRMdmzsR via @ottawacitizen

If my team was a loser on the ice, I’d at least like to be able to point to players that I enjoyed and could get behind individually. These emotionless blobs of nothing are maybe the most unlikeable group a fandom could cheer for.

As the Leaf fandom continues to melt down over their performance and potential end of an era of (regular season) success, it’s wild that on top of this, this group of players don’t appear to even like playing hockey or being teammates with each other. Just huge piles of sawdust.

The "how do the Sens fit in Brady" lineup question isn't that difficult. He goes back to the 1st line LW, Perron moves down to 2nd line LW, Eller goes back to 4th line C and Halliday sits. The more interesting lineup decision comes whenever Greig is ready to come back.
