So Goa has quite strange and non-tourist friendly raj, that you can’t book other cabs from hotel. There are different unions for hotels. They don’t allow any other cabs here, you have to walk down the lane and get it. Quite bad. Never faced earlier or the hotel thing. Don’t know.
