@Dedalvs @RedanianIntel "torana" is probably a plural for tor = tower (if it is a 3-rd class noun, adding -ana for plural). The rest is vague. Nothing in the books or scripts with Hen Linge for season 1. Can you give us at least some hint? Could "zefen" and "zolke" be borrowed from another languages?
